Landing in NY - JFK on 4th of June

I arrived, plannedwise and very happy as the JFK Airport in New York on the 4th of June 2009 starting to feel the freedom allready. And having a certain adrenalin kick and knew that now the adventure starts.

I got on the Air Train and wondered where to buy tickets until a nice lady informed me that tickets are to purchase when getting off the train. Having the one or the other difficulty to get to the accomodation I reached it happy, seweaty, hungry and tired around 2 hours later.

After my shower I explored the very close Times Square as for everything else I was too tired and I had my first burger :) Everything fine!

I did immediatly feel like home when I found a nice little theatre called "Schubert Theatre" just like in Graz but sadly without having the chance to sit outside and have great coffee :)

At the moment having a slight Jetlag which I wanted to use to be more lonesome at the Statue of Liberty. Today its raining so no boat trip but museum trip, am looking forward to see the Guggenheim.
